Yoga Nidra meditation
Yoga Nidra is a deeply transformative meditative practice. It is usually practiced lying down on a comfortable bed with the lights off and no distractions. It can be practiced just before sleep, or can be done in lieu of a short nap. It can also be practiced while sitting in a quiet place.
Once you get comfortable with the ~20 minute practice you can even zip on your own through the sequence in just a few minutes, or even a few seconds.
